The F.O.S. in FOS Project stands for "Friends of Sid" which is a group that was formed to raise money for a cancer support group called, HOPE, Inc. Sid was a close friend to all of us who passed away from cancer in March 2007.
The FOS Project was formed to provide a means to raise money for this great organization. Sid inspired the motto we play by today which is, "Good Friends, Good Music and Good Food, It Doesn't Get Any Better Than This" www.FOSProjectBand.com
