 Southern Praises first appeared on the Gospel Music scene back in 1999. They toured with numerous artist such as The Melody Trio, Kevin Spencer, Naomi and The Sego's, The Singing Cookes, Marty Haggard (Son of Merle Haggard) and more. Their unique sound of Country Gospel Music has blessed the hearts of many all over the United States and have seen countless souls come to know Jesus Christ through word in song. The Lord has really blessed us and The band consist of five talented men that will bless your heart with their style of Country Gospel Music. After a five year absence, you can experience the songs and the sound once again!! With charting songs such as Let's Put God Back In Our Country, Are You Ready, Empty Places, Bible and a Bus Ticket Home, I'm Going All The Way. You will definitely be blessed when you hear these songs once again. The Lord has blessed this band with four charting Singles on Country Gospel Radio, Appeared guest at The Grand Ole Opry twice, Appeared on Niteline Television Show on Dove Broadcasting Network as well as been named 2002 Band of The Year and 2003 Male Vocalist of The Year by the CGMA. The Lord has been truly good to all of the guys in the band and they look forward to being busier than ever.
