Victoria Rose is a San Diego based guitarist who plays fingerstyle arrangements of latin, smooth jazz & great standards. She plays at house parties, business functions, receptions, cocktail parties, barbecues, dinner serenades, clubs, and concerts. Her guitar playing features: • LATIN styles with wonderful, exciting Spanish rhythms featuring Bossa Nova, Cha Cha, Flamenco, Rumba, Nuevo Flamenco, Samba and Tango in the style of the Gypsy Kings, Ottmar Liebert, Santana, Jorge Morel and classical Spanish masterpieces. • SWING & JAZZ numbers taken from the Great American songbook: 1930's era Gershwin tunes, 1940's era Glenn Miller, Dorsey Brothers, Duke Ellington, etc. • ACOUSTIC ROCK arrangements that showcase classic rock tunes by the Ventures, Elvis, Creedence Clearwater, the Beatles and the Rolling Stones, to name a few. • CLASSICAL pieces are taken from a diverse group of composers from the Renaissance, Baroque and Classical.
